General Conditions

The access and use of this site, as well as the available products and services are bound to the following terms:
By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms of use of the site, which may be updated occasionally.
We advise you to visit the page regularly to be informed about any alterations that might have been made to the Terms of Use.
To make an order, you have to be over 18 years old and commit to provide real data, which allow the success in processing your order.
Shipping & Delivery

Dispatches
The orders, whose destination is in national territory (Continent and Islands), will be sent through CTT and/or CHRONOPOST directly to address you indicate, in the following terms:

Continental Portugal
The orders will be delivered in a two working days deadline*.
Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or higher than 150€; in case of purchases lower than 150€, the shipping costs will be supported by the client, in the value of 6€.

Portugal Islands
The orders will be delivered in an eight working days deadline*.
Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or higher than 150€; in case of purchases lower than 150€, the shipping costs will be supported by the client, in the value of 10€.

Spain Islands
The orders will be delivered in a five working days deadline* after payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or higher than 150€; in case of purchases lower than 150€, the shipping costs will be supported by the client, in the value of 25€.

Continental Spain
The orders will be delivered in a four working days deadline*.
Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or higher than 150€; in case of purchases lower than 150€, the shipping costs will be supported by the client, in the value of 15€.

International Deliveries (only in the EU countries)
The orders will be delivered in a five working days deadline* after payment confirmation.
Shipping Costs: Free in purchases of value equal or higher than 150€; in case of purchases lower than 150€, the shipping costs will be supported by the client, in the value of 25€.

* We don’t assure this deadline in the promotions/sales/Christmas and stock rupture periods.

Tariffs and taxes
The orders sent to countries outside the EU, or with costumes and tax policies different from the generality of the EU countries, might be subject to taxes, costume duties and fees charged at the destination country (Import Duties).
This way the receiver may support the additional charges of customs clearance. PARODI doesn’t control these charges. The costumes policies vary from country to country; the client shall contact the local customs office in order to obtain more information. When procedures of customs clearance are needed, a delay in relation to the estimated delivery deadline might happen.
The delivery deadline is indicative, being considered valid when obstructions of various natures aren’t in order (for example: incorrect addresses or setbacks of force majeure).

Follow my order
When your order is sent, you will receive a code in your e-mail so that you can trace it in the carrier site of your choice.
In case of difficulty in locating your order, please contact us through our e-mail parodishoes@parodishoes.com.

Difficulties in effecting the delivery
In case CTT aren’t able to deliver the order personally, a postcard will be left so you can pick up your order in the closest post office.  

Resending returned orders
When an order is returned by the costumer’s responsibility and they intent that the same is resent, the payment of a €6.00 fee is necessary, so that we can process a new dispatch. This fee shall be paid by bank transfer and the proof of payment sent to the e-mail parodishoes@parodishoes.com or to the fax +351 229 866 803 together with the number of the returned order.

In PARODI we have an important responsibility and commitment regarding the security of our website and the protection of our clients and visitors data.
Below we present our privacy policy.
Any alteration to this policy will be reported in this spot.

Which information is provided?
Your name, phone number, postal address, e-mail and age, for purpose of marketing and newsletters campaigns. Besides that, when you make a purchase in our site, we also gather information about the delivery address and payment details.

The data supplied are used to which effect?
Your data allow our contributors to process your orders, inform you of important alterations of our site’s functionalities and perform queries for statistical effects.
PARODI commits to protect your data and these will never be available to third parties for marketing effects.

All the rights of PARODI’s intellectual property of contents and software available in this website are property of PARODI and are licensed and protected by laws and treaties all over the world. All those rights are reserved to PARODI and its suppliers.
You can save, print or present the contents of this site just for your personal use.

Publication, manipulation, distribution or reproduction, in any form, of any content of this site either the linking of the same for any business or company is not allowed without Parodi’s approval.

Returns & Replacements

General conditions
You may cancel your order if the same is in a pending state. This means that it hasn’t been packed yet and it hasn’t left our storages. In order to do that, it is strictly necessary to do the following:
Access to your personal account, click to see your account in the Login box and you will see your account brief. Right from the start you have access to your most recent orders. If the order you wish to cancel is pending, a cancel button will be available in the order line. Click that button to cancel your order.
If you have already performed the payment of this order, reimburse will be made in a five days deadline.
If you have already received the order and the same shows some problem or if, for any reason, you aren’t happy with the product, you may return it in a 14 days deadline, counting from the day you received the order. Returns will only be accepted if the product is new, complete and hasn’t been used by the client.
If you want to return a product because you changed your mind or you got it wrong when ordering, the cost of the picking will be deducted on the reimburse value.
Products swap
We make swaps of new, complete and with no signs of use products. Follow the instructions mentioned above.
If, for any reason, the swap of a certain product isn’t possible, the value of the same will be reimbursed.
If you intend to swap a product because you changed your mind, the cost of sending the new product will be supported by the client.

Reimburse method
PARODI will do everything possible to reimburse the client as quickly as possible, protecting however, a maximum 15 days deadline, from the day the returned product arrives to our storages.
 - If you performed payment with a credit card, reimburse will be done in that same card and can be verified in the following extract.
 - In payment by PayPal, reimburse is credited in your PayPal account and will be immediately available.
 - In case of against reimburse or ATM, your bank data will be requested (IBAN and SWIFT) and reimburse will be made by bank transfer.

Transportation costs devolution
We reimburse the transportation costs of products whose return was PARODI’s responsibility. Example: defective or wrong products.
We warn you that we don’t reimburse the transportation costs if only one product in a set of various products has problems.
When the return of the order is the client’s responsibility, the client shall support the costs, which will be in the same value of the fee paid for sending it (or the due fee, in case the sending of the order was free).
The order will be picked up at the address provided by the client.

Ordering
We take the proper precautions to guaranty that the photos, details, descriptions and products prices, presented in the site, are correct. The color is a factor that depends on each monitor and its definitions, so we can´t guaranty that the same reflects the real color of the product. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders in which the information of the products was incorrectly published, including prices and sales.
The refusal of orders may also be the result of other motives like:
 - Out of stock product.
 - Inability to obtain authorization for payment.
 - Fraudulent orders.
 
If there is any problem with your order, you will be immediately contacted by us.
We do everything in our power to maintain the data of your order and payment secure. But, we can’t be hold responsible for any loss you might suffer, if a third party manages to get unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing or ordering in our site.
PARODI may modify prices without prior notice. All the prices include IVA (VAT) (when applicable) to the current legal rate.

Payments & Pricing

PARODI puts to your disposal the following payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), PayPal, ATM and against reimbursement.
Please access to the site www.paypal.com for more information about PayPal payments.
Payment by ATM may be made through the ATM machines network or your Homebanking. This type of payment takes about one working day to get in the bank. Your order will only be sent when we confirm the reception of your payment.
The payment against reimbursement shall be made in the act of the order delivery in cash.
 
All prices have IVA (VAT) included (when applicable) to the current legal rate.
